The precision roll (Fig. 1) is mainly used for rolling condensing tube, the quenching hardness is 55~58HRC, the material is Cr12MoV, and the conventional finishing process of the working surface is grinding. Now we use ceramic tools to perform fast turning on full-function CNC lathes, which realizes the grinding by the car, the processing precision is high, and the processing efficiency is improved by 5-10 times. The precision machining of this precision roll working surface is described below.
