2. Tool path simulation and inspection
The machine tool displays the parts in real time through the G17, G18 and G19 windows. Through the tool path check, the details of the machining process can be verified, and the abnormal alarms and prompts appearing during the machining can be simplified, and the confirmation of the program can be simplified, and the trial cutting time is greatly reduced. Figure 2 shows three different angles of the path simulation.

3. Advanced tool life management
In the tool magazine, by recording and simulating the machining load and machining time of each tool, it is possible to quickly judge the wear of the tool, and promptly remind the processor to change the tool, which has a positive effect on the accuracy of the machined part.
4. Spindle load display
The spindle load and rotation speed of each tool in the program are recorded and displayed on the operation panel. The operator can carefully analyze the cutting parameters according to the spindle load condition to achieve the effect of optimizing the cutting parameters.
