After passing the test, the program is sent to the CNC machine through data transmission. It takes only about 2 hours to occupy the CNC machine tool, which shortens the occupation time by at least 50%, and the identification efficiency is greatly improved. In order to reduce the consumption of tools and materials and further shorten the operation time of CNC machine tools, the operation problem can also be divided into two parts, and the difficult parts can be simulated by manual programming on the CNC machining simulation system, which will be less difficult. The parts with less material are simulated and then processed on the CNC machine.

In short, the application of CNC machining simulation software in teaching and appraisal is still in the beginning and research stage. As long as we actively think about the problems generated in the application and take the initiative to take countermeasures, we will correctly play its role in teaching and appraisal.
