My company is mainly engaged in the processing and production of axle components for automobiles, which belong to gold processing. The equipment used is mainly CNC lathes and CNC machining centers. Three-quarters are imported CNC machining centers, and one quarter is domestic CNC machining centers. Some people may ask why not use the domestic CNC machining center and use more imported CNC machining centers. In fact, the company has chosen to import more and less domestically. Although China's equipment industry has made great progress in recent years, there are still big gaps in the design, assembly and installation of equipment, equipment processing precision and after-sales service with foreign manufacturers.

If you are used to import CNC machining centers, you will feel uncomfortable using the CNC machining centers. On the same problem, if the cable of one axis is worn out and a short circuit is generated, the fault alarm prompt of the imported machining center will be clearly displayed. However, many CNC machining centers in China do not have any fault prompts, just Where is the alarm light flashing. The same fault problem, the imported CNC machining center can find the fault point and eliminate it according to the fault alarm prompt for a few minutes, but you don't need to work hard to find the fault point, it is difficult to eliminate the fault point.
Secondly, the imported CNC machining center has a certain gap in terms of line orientation and protection compared with the domestic CNC machining center. The imported CNC machining center is generally standardized and protected, and it is relatively reliable and safe. It is difficult to find that the line assigned to each axis will be worn out and cause an open circuit failure. However, the domestic CNC machining center is worn due to the wear of the lines of each axis. Short circuit is more common, and there is no regulation of the trace. You want to improve it. On the one hand, space is not allowed, on the other hand, it is difficult to replace the worn line.
